I have been working with Longmont-based Duraplaq for several years now to produce a finished product of the highest quality. The most popular options are listed below, and my photos can be ordered in any of these styles.
A FloatPlaq is a fine art photo mounted on a durable eco wood product and protected by a glare-free UV and moisture resistant coating. It requires no framing expense, is easy to clean, and the colors will last a lifetime. The French cleat hanging system adds depth from the wall, and a hanging wire is optional.
Durawrap canvas is superior to a traditional canvas wrap with stretcher bars. Instead, the photo is printed directly onto a sturdy canvas box which will never stretch or sag. It includes UV protection and can be cleaned with a lightly damp cloth. This option is more economical than the FloatPlaq, although the image is not quite as sharp.
The AlumaPress offers the very highest image quality and color saturation. It uses a dye-sublimation process to infuse the photo directly onto an aluminum sheet. This is a modern presentation with the boldness of metal. It includes a concealed French cleat hanger to give it a floating effect off the wall.
